Refunds and Returns

Full priced items

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we can offer refund or exchange provided the item is still in stock. And the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

Item must be returned in unworn original condition, with tags attached. Items will not be excepted if they are showing signs of wear, or damage.

For hygiene and health reasons there will be NO exchanges or returns on jewellery, hats, clutches and selected homewares products. These purchases are final.

To return an item please request a return or exchange at

State your name, order number, item to be returned, sizing and reason for return.

We will respond with a return form to be included with your order.

Please note return shipping on items is at the responsibility and expense of the customer. Unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

Sale items

There is no exchange or refunds on sale items.

Faulty items

All our items are carefully inspected before they are sent to you, however if you feel your item is faulty, contact us via the returns process above.

Upon inspection of the item a return or replacement will be issued, and return postage will be refunded.
